The Moreno Valley Unified School District has partnered with the California College Guidance Initiative (CCGI) to provide all MVUSD students with access to the Californiacolleges.edu website.  Each student has their own account and can use it to monitor their college and career preparation.

Students can access their accounts by going to www.Californiacolleges.edu.  Their username is their student email address (i.e.: [email protected]) and their password is their computer account password.

Students have access to a wide variety of resources through this website including:

  • Academic (4-year) Planner
  • Experiences (where they can log community service, school & extra-curricular activities)
  • College and Career Exploration
  • Financial Aid and Scholarship

There are also links to applications including the Cal State college application.  Students can save their information to refer to it later.  They can also monitor through their Academic Planner how they are progressing with meeting the a-g requirements.
